Was substituted onto the pitch for the final 20 minutes of the game into left centre-back had a positive impact from the start. I was introduced into the situation that we were 2-0 down and I was able to flick on a header from a free-kick and brought the team into contention for a draw or even a win. Evidently, the final score was 2-1 but the final 15 minutes were full of chances. I had no faults and was driving the game forward and kept the game in our offensive half in an attempt to get an equaliser. I was good in the air, good in possession and made several recovery runs to make sure we didn’t concede. I did all that I could do in 20 minutes but the result remained unchanged.
